甘肃盛源菊香农业发展有限公司、秦安县兴馨花椒专业合作社全景

            秦安县兴馨花椒专业合作社注册地址位于秦安县何川工业园区，是天水市最大的花椒、中药材加工集散中心。2009年在天水盛源商贸有限公司董事长兼总经理薛菊香的倡导下，本着“办一个合作社，带动一个产业，兴一方经济，富一帮农民”的思路，结合秦安花椒产业的实际，按照自愿、民主的原则，依托天水盛源商贸有限公司的经营优势，通过社员参股等形式于2009年6月成立的农民专业合作组织。
   专业合作社组建以来，坚持以农民社员为主体，以科学技术为支撑，以助农增长为目标，通过积极推行“公司+合作社+农户”的产业化经营模式，更进一步提升了为农服务水平，强化了为农服务功能，增加了农民收入，促进了农企共同发展，共同增效增收的双赢目标，得到了地方政府和上级有关部门的充分肯定，受到了种植农户的拥戴欢迎，促进了合作社的进一步发展和壮大。社员从成立时的10几人，现已发展到200多人，服务范围从最初的王窑、千户等三四个乡已辐射延伸到10多个乡镇和周边接壤县、乡花椒、中药材种植业的发展。      
   近年来，通过进一步加强专业合作社与公司的协作关系，积极加大农产品深加工力度，进一步提升了农产品附加值，以培育优质花椒为抓手，针对现状，着眼未来，着力打造“兴馨”品牌战略。目前，“兴馨”牌系列花椒产品已达十多个品种，远销北京、上海、广州、四川、重庆、新疆、河南、安徽、广西等省市；2010年9月“兴馨”牌花椒被评为第一届甘肃农业博览会金奖，同年10月又荣获第八届中国国际农产品交易会金奖。
